I started my Life Coach practice in 2017 to help smart, successful women find their key to permanent weight loss.  Through this work I recognized that flexible, realistic coaching was a perfect match for clients who spend a great deal of their time traveling for business.

How Does It Work?

There are two things you need to master if you want to lose weight permanently: desire and hunger.

· Desire for something delicious

· Desire for entertainment

· Desire for escape

· Desire to avoid emotion

Unconscious desire gets programmed into our automatic brain. It doesn't matter how many times we try to lose weight, the desire is always there. Once we understand the cause of the desire programming we can change it. Then we can be free to eat only when we are truly hungry.
